Merimna closes out 2021 with the signing of an important partnership agreement with Hospices of Hope! Hospices of Hope is a UK charity that aims to create and support a network of palliative care services in countries in South East Europe, to provide quality care to as many people as possible who need it. As a member of the Hospices of Hope network, Merimna will be actively involved in the development of the network’s strategy and in the know-how exchange, advocacy and empowerment activities that will be implemented. Other members of the network are located in Romania, the Republic of Moldova, Serbia and Albania. We are very happy to work together with Hospices of Hope and the other partners to strengthen palliative care in our countries.
