Merimna - Our Work

Our latest research looked at how parents who have a seriously ill child choose where to care for them at the end of their child’s life (home or hospital). The survey involved 36 parents who lost their child and received end-of-life care from the Pediatric Palliative Home Care Service of Merimna and from Children’s Hospitals in Athens. This is a collaboration between the Department of Nursing of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, the Pediatric Palliative Home Care Service of Merimna and the two Pediatric Hospitals “P. & A. Kyriakou” and “Aghia Sophia”.
