The Bereavement Counselling Centre of Merimna in Thessaloniki, organizes an online training on “Death, grief and bereavement in adult life“.
The training program includes theoretical contributions and interactive exercises. Topics that will be explored include the following:
- Death and mourning in different cultural and religious contexts
- The thanatology movement – Contemporary developments
- Loss, Mourning, Grief: Introductory concepts
- Theories of mourning
- Adult Grief Process
Duration: 10 hours
Friday 16/06/2023, 18:00-21:00 and
Saturday 17/06/2023, 10:00-17:00
The seminar is open to psychologists, social workers, psychiatrists, mental health counsellors and postgraduate students of clinical psychology.
Participants will receive a certificate of attendance.
Place: The meetings will be held through the zoom platform.
Cost: 120 €.
